The North Bay General Hospital would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Canada Day, and would like to take this opportunity to advise the community that the Ferris Medical Clinic (495-4000) will be open on Canada Day, Thursday July 1st from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. with bookings starting at 9:00 a.m.

The Honourable Monique Smith, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and MPP for Nipissing, joined North Bay General Hospital and Northeast Mental Health Centre officials, staff and community members today to celebrate substantial completion of construction at the North Bay Regional Health Centre with a symbolic key exchange.

The buildings that belong to the North Bay General Hospital are going up for sale as early as next week. The public learned more about the process at a public meeting in North Bay last night, attended by about 150 residents.
