Overview
Telephones are available in all rooms. Pay phones are located in all elevator lobbies and the main floors.
The use of CELLULAR TELEPHONES and other electronic devices is not permitted as they interfere with hospital equipment.
Patients placed in private or semi-private accommodations using secondary/extended health insurance coverage or who personally pay for these accommodations have a personal television included in their daily rate. Patients placed in wards may rent a television from the Hospitality Network Television Service representative for a daily rental fee. Payment is by cash, personal cheque or credit card upon installation. The service representative is available seven days a week, with the exception of statutory holidays, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Privately owned television sets are not permitted.
