Pre and Post-op Needs
The post-operative gynecological surgery needs of women from North Bay and district is met by this team of skilled nurses as well. The care team also consists of four gynecologists, a discharge planner, a dietician and spiritual care workers. Typical lengths of stay postoperatively range from one to three days and our team works closely with community services to promote a smooth transition to community support when required.
